WHO WE ARE

Since 2015, Pedro Marchand architecture covers a wide range of services, including architecture, rehabilitation and design.

KNOWING WHO WE ARE IS KNOWING WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR:

An architecture that makes a difference:

The search for the fluidity of space and the character of the architectural object is the guiding line of our creative work.

Human architecture:

An architecture centered on the human figure that values comfort, functionality and aesthetics.

Construction quality and economic efficiency:

An architecture that surpasses the exclusive demand for conceptual quality and that also aims to achieve maximum construction quality, with high technical rigor and intelligent financial management.

Sustainable architecture:

Our proposals incorporate bioclimatic principles capable of improving the performance of built environments. We also believe that a well-constructed work and its ability to resist over time is one of the essential factors for an ecological sustainability approach.

WHAT WE DO:

Pre-project consultancy:

We help to clarify all the information related to a future construction project, namely the necessary procedures for the approval of the construction in the local administrative bodies, as well as the estimate time and the financial cost for the execution of the construction.

Project development:

We develop the project from its general aspects to the detailed drawings.

Verification and evaluation of budgets.

Monitoring of the work:

We certify that the work is carried out rigorously according to the project.
